Lead UI Designer, formulating solutions with the UX Designer. From this research a best user persona from a case study Clubs NSW had already paid for. We'd create flows and then wireframes until high-end Figma files were ready for handover to our Developers.

Situation
ClubPASS is a digital solution for managing venue access, memberships, and event entry. The challenge was to design an intuitive app that served both venue staff and patrons seamlessly.
Task
Our role was to ensure the app delivered a smooth user experience — from check-ins to managing memberships — while meeting the operational needs of venues.
Action
We used a structured design process: identifying user pain points, conducting research with both patrons and staff, and mapping user flows to streamline common tasks. We created wireframes and interactive prototypes to test ideas early, then refined the interface with clear navigation, bold action buttons, and a simple visual system that worked well in fast-paced environments.
Result
The final product made venue operations more efficient and improved the patron experience, reducing wait times and errors. The app was praised for its ease of use, modern design, and ability to bring consistency across different venues.
