Situation
Café Racer was a quarterly magazine celebrating Australia’s custom-bike culture, distributed across Australia and New Zealand, featuring stunning photography and engaging stories.
Task
I was responsible for designing layouts that showcased the photography and storytelling, making the magazine visually appealing while capturing the passion and craftsmanship behind each feature.
Action
I worked closely with editor Chris Harris and the editorial team, creating layouts that balanced text and imagery, highlighted award-winning photography, and kept a consistent, polished style throughout each issue.
Result
The magazine came together as a visually striking, immersive read that connected with enthusiasts and reinforced Café Racer’s reputation for quality design and compelling storytelling.
