Situation
When I worked with Expedia’s Sales and Marketing team in London, they needed a way to introduce new partners to the Expedia Affiliate Network properly. The materials they had were somewhat disorganised and didn’t reflect the professionalism of the brand.
Task
My job was to help create something that felt welcoming, polished, and easy for new partners to understand — essentially their first proper introduction to Expedia.
Action
Working closely with the team, we developed a beautifully designed guidebook that included a welcome book and a product sleeve with detailed fact sheets. I made sure every detail — from the typography to the layout — felt consistent with Expedia’s brand and created the right impression.
Result
The finished pack gave new partners a strong, confident first experience of Expedia. It not only looked professional but also made the onboarding process smoother and more engaging.
